Accessibility Standards

Patti-Lynn is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities. Our staff has been trained to serve the needs of all customers. We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that takes into account their disability.  We welcome support persons and service animals on our premises. We offer clearly marked accessible parking including ramps to entrances and accessible washroom facilities.  Should a customer be unable to come into the store, we also offer shop-at-home services (certain restrictions apply).  Should any of our accessible services be unavailable for a short period of time, they will be made public on the home page of our website.
