“We just had our floors replaced by Patty-Lynn Interiors and were so pleased with the amazing service and quality of the new flooring  !!  Jeff and Patty-Lynn were amazing at helping with choosing  the floor, in the beginning of the project, Patty Lynn was so knowledgeable and  steered me in the right direction for the right flooring for the look I was going with.  Chris Card and his team of installers were fantastic!  They worked hard and finished the project ( that was practically our entire house)  done in three days!!  The workmanship is the installation and detail installing nosing at a tricky stairwell was done professionally!  I would recommend Patty-Lynn Interiors to everyone who are replacing old flooring with a new quality product and installation!”

“This was our first home-renovation, and I had no idea where to start.  Fortunately the crew at Patty Lynn made the entire process smooth and easy for us. When we first entered the store and spoke to Jeff, we knew we were in good hands. He was exceptionally patient in answering our questions, letting us try countless floor samples, and teaching us about a range of viable options for our space. We went from knowing very little to feeling confident in our final choices in a short time. It was also refreshing to feel that our best interests were always considered by the staff, as they made it a priority to help us make the best choices, and didn't add any pressure. Renovation anxiety subsided with every conversation & visit. We comfortably and confidently decided on our wood, ceramic, and configuration. We went with some really beautiful engineered hardwood.

The installation was done by a highly professional, polite, and efficient crew. They removed the old carpet and tile, and installed most of the hardwood and tile by the time I got home from work. Chris was solid at leading the way and communicating with me throughout the process. I was floored (get it, floored?) by how great my place looked when I got home. The quality of the work was exceptional!   I also love the matching vent covers they used; It's a nice little touch, and just looks awesome. We absolutely love our new floors!!!
