"We made our main floor and upper hallway accessible for a wheelchair by removing a sunken room, removing carpet and installing a durable laminate. We also replaced our stairway carpet and installed laminate on the upstairs landing, and in one bedroom. Custom work was required to create a bullnose around the stairway and ledge. Patti-Lynn Interiors helped us from planning to completion and were extremely professional. We were given estimates for various options based on in-home and in-store consultation. The work was done more quickly than scheduled and on budget. The installers were respectful of our family and concerned about the safety for our pets and children. We were extremely pleased with the product selection and quality, the service received and the end result! Thanks Patti, Chris & Team!"

Outstanding Installation.

"We had our entire upstairs flooring replaced with engineered hardwood. Patti-Lynn came to our home and her consultation involved finding out what themes and colors we liked. Later that day, after visiting the showroom, we brought samples home but ultimately went with Patti's suggestion.

Several "helpful" people in our neighborhood suggested "flooring guys" who would be "much cheaper". Sure Patti-Lynn may be a little more expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for.

I couldn't say enough good things about Chris, the shops main hardwood flooring installer. With his crew he did an outstanding job and the finished product was the best we have experienced. Previous installers of hardwood flooring in our last 2 homes were good but did not compare to the details Chris put into his work. A bonus was Chris and his main crew also had friendly and helpful personalities.

My only suggestion for improvement would be in the communications department. We would be promised that invoices would be emailed to us and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information requested.
